Order processing
All orders have an internal handling time of 1 to 2 business days to process, pack, and transition the item to a domestic carrier, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Transit time
Orders ship via FedEx 2-Day from our distribution center in California. Typical delivery is 2 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates
All prices and shipping charges are calculated and displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping is shown in full in your cart before you submit payment. No sales tax is charged.
Geographic boundaries
We currently fulfill orders exclusively to destinations within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping delays
RegeneX Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays or service disruptions, weather conditions or natural disasters, or transit interruptions. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
Tracking & delivery issues
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, or your order arrives damaged, contact [email protected] with your order number so we can assist.
