How does annual billing work?

Annual plans bill once for the price of 10 months — two months free. Bench is $99.90/yr, Lab $199.90/yr, Institute $999.90/yr. Switch between monthly and annual at any renewal.

Can I cancel or change tiers?

Anytime, from your account page. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; any discount code already issued for the current month stays valid until it expires.

How does the monthly discount code work?

Each month we issue one single-item percentage code to your account — 10% (Bench), 15% (Lab), or 30% (Institute) off any one product. It's tied to your email, good for one order, and expires after 45 days. Apply it at checkout like any code.

What is priority fulfillment, concretely?

Orders from Institute members are picked and packed ahead of the general queue each business day. During high-volume weeks (new lot releases, restocks) this typically means shipping 1–2 business days sooner.

Is the membership refundable?

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the period starts. Annual plans can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days if no orders have shipped in that window.
