1. Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you confirm you are a qualified researcher acting on behalf of yourself or your institution and that the compounds you purchase will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory investigation by individuals trained in the safe handling of research chemicals.
2. Prohibited use
You will not, under any circumstance:
- Administer, ingest, inject, inhale, or apply any RegeneX compound to any human or animal.
- Use, label, market, or resell any RegeneX compound as a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or therapeutic.
- Repackage, re-label, or distribute compounds outside a controlled laboratory setting.
3. Regulatory status
RegeneX compounds are not approved by the U.S. FDA, EMA, or any equivalent body for human or veterinary use. Some compounds are research-grade analogs of investigational compounds. You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and applicable controlled-substance and analog statutes.
4. Limited warranty
RegeneX warrants identity and HPLC purity to the published specifications for the lot at the time of release. No other warranty is offered, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RegeneX, its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, damage, or loss arising from your use, handling, storage, or disposal of any compound purchased.
6. Shipping & delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and ship FedEx 2-day from our distribution center in California. Tracking is provided once the order leaves the fulfillment center. U.S. orders over $200 qualify for free FedEx 2-day shipping. A cold-chain option (dry ice, signature on delivery) is available at checkout for temperature-sensitive orders. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the package.
7. Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
8. Changes
We may revise this agreement at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
