Non-returnable research materials
All products sold by RegeneX Peptides are research materials and are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. Because these are sensitive laboratory reference compounds whose integrity cannot be verified after they leave our custody, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation to request a resolution. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
How to start a request
To initiate a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect order:
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will respond with a return authorization and, if a physical return is required, the exact return shipping address. Do not ship any item back before receiving a return authorization.
Return shipping costs
For approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, RegeneX Peptides covers the cost of return shipping and provides a prepaid label. For any other return that we agree to accept at our discretion, the customer is responsible for procuring and paying for return shipping labels.
Restocking fees
We do not assess restocking fees on returned items.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item, or upon approval of a damaged/incorrect claim. All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
